Hey guys, I've got a Integra GSR, and I was about to dump a few grand into it, until I started looking at RSX type S' and decided to definately go that route. I dont want to turbo it, because I dont care what anyone says, its not reliable. I've been thinking about doing the basic intake, exhaust, header, and then K Pro. Im sure a lot of you have this and I was just kind of curious as to what kind of numbers you are making and also How you like it. Any suggestions on Header brands, exhaust, anything? Just knew to the DC5's and any help would be awesome.

 

I put 212whp with the 05 type-s. injen cai, dcrh, greddy evo-2 exhaust, and k-pro.

header depends on wallet --- please search (buddy club, hytech, ect.)
intake, best is Injen cold air intake

I have been selling my S for couple months..

ppls just came in to my garage and said : nice.. WoW...And then they gone.

 

Yeahhh....Everyone's broke nowadays... I'm thinking about trading mine in for a Tsx...Maybe this summer, I need something 4 Door.

 

I just snapped my arm in two... broke the humerus in half.. on wednesday I go in for surgery... two plates and four screws to put my arm back together. I'm un-insured so this is going to cost me around $25 grand. I'm now broke as f&*k and might put my new k24 swap dc5 for sale

I went snow boarding and hit a stretch of sheer ice and couldn't get my board to dig. It flipped out from under me and I watched my arm do circles around me as I tumbled down. So if some of my messages are typed bad or seem like I'm a jerk, I'm typing with one hand and taking painkillers for a indescribable pain I hope none of you ever experience.

 

OUCH!! Damn, I almost went this last weekend too but the snow out here's been kinda crappy. Hope you feel better dude, and I take it you'll have plenty of time to stay caught up on the latest HT gossip.

 

guys with your cars for sale, I'd love to see pictures and know details. I've been searching all over the country for a tastfull looking S.

 

That is horrible. Never, ever, ski/board on ice. It's just not worth it.

Over New Years, my buddy and 3 other families (8 parents, 15 kids) went away to White Face in NY. One of the Dads was killed after falling on ice and hitting a tree.

It's just not worth it.

 

well everything was fine till we switched hills because of all the skiers. As we were going down we curved to the right and the trail turned to ice and right away I knew we were in for trouble... didn't know it'd me.

 

Yes, I've had that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach before as you hit ice. Takes all the fun out of the sport.

You guys are douche bags though.If Its so Inconvenient to help someone out who has some questions that he would like to here straight from someone who is talking directly to him, Then dont post at all. Hey man you will love the Type-S if you get it... It can put out over 220 whp with pretty basic bolt ons and k-pro... As far as a header, I would go with the DC ceramic race header because it's the best bang for the buck... Don't forget Innovative motor mounts or ESMM's if you're getting any header... And any 2.50" exhaust will do good (I have a Greddy EvoII and love it!)... And def get K-Pro!!!

 

The suggestion that you search came after this whining and pathetic post. Did you expect something different in response?
