Default Would you guys bid on this ebay item? 98 JDM GSR swap

Sorry for being a little bit off topic but...

So I was browsing around on ebay and found this. A 1998 JDM GSR B18C swap with 42k miles. The seller is located in San Ramon and the highest bid is pretty low. Of course, this would be a hell of a deal but im a little skeptical on if I should bid or not. The seller only accepts bank wire transfers. I asked the seller if he or she would accept cash. The reply was "i will accept local pickup but funds have to clears before!" So then I reply with "Yes I will be paying cash". His or her immediate response was "No cash at pickup!" Take a look and let me know what you guys think. Here is the ebay Item number: 230320034168

My response to seller:

I know but its pretty straight forward. If I win, I come down to your location in "SAN RAMON" with the cash and then pick up the engine. I mean anyone can bid and decide last minute not to wire the funds into your bank account. Bank wire transfer sounds a little bit unsafe since I would not be protected or covered under ebays policy.

His/Her response back to me:
i understand. please dont bid if you dont accept my terms. thanks

That engine isn't a 1998 block. Its either a 94 or a 96. His info isn't correct. How was it tested here when it showed up also? You can't just fire the bitch up sitting on a pallet.. You know?
