Default type r cams -- b16

I was just wondering if I need to upgrade my stock b16 springs or valves to run integra type r cams?

You should since the itr cams make power over 8200, It's safer for the long run. Don't get me wrong, it'll work with stock b16 valvetrain, but you'll be pushing it once you rev pass 8200.
