No, the 93.5-95 Si-VTEC had the same 4-eye front as 94-97 USDM Integras. When the front end changed in 96, the model designation for the cars equipped with the B18C non-R engine changed to SiR-G.

 

^^^IDK if it's painted or not, mine is the unpainted finish from factory and looks much duller than the one in that pic? Regardless he got his answer
