Suspension parts shared with crv?
hey, I have a 2001 Honda crv, and want to get a coilover better suited to rally or offroad. Ive heard the 98-00 si shares suspension components with the 97-01 crv. Is this true? and if so does anyone know of a good shock or coilover intended for dirt driving that i could use? I am usually on hondasuv but there isnt a big wealth of information there and was told this is a good site to ask questions. Thanks in advance for any info!

dude this might be a question better suited for a suspension company or a honda dealership. honestly think about how many guys on here build hondas to dirt drift... especially crv's. haha not tryin to be a smart ***.
hmmm I know if u wanna lower it and have more shock travel that u can use acura legend shocks (i think front) for the front of the crv ummmm i used to have a crv and i know alot of shocks/struts are compatible but diff (honda and acura)

The 99-00 Si front shocks might work. The spindles for the CRV are like CTR/EM1/EJ8 spindles.
