weird idle issue?

weird idle issue?
so im coming to a stop and as im in neutral slowing down. my idle rpm goes to like 2000rpm. and about 5 seconds after coming to a complete stop it drops to normal. also right when the rpm starts to go normal the brake pedal goes down a little more?
what the hell is it. timing? brake cylinder? ecu?. never had this problem before.
