6th gen 4cyl, strange sound on shutdown

6th gen 4cyl, strange sound on shutdown
I have a 2001 Accord ex 4cyl 5spd coupe with around 103k miles.
When turning off the motor, I hear a noise that sounds like this: "ghurk" comming from I guess the driver side of the engine bay. The engine also seems to spin backward a very small amount. The noise is loud enough to hear with the radio off in the car with windows up.
T-Belt and all accessory belts + water pump changed around 100k. Oil changed regularly. No clue what this noise is; just looking for some input before I take it to the dealer.
