Default My Car Is Eating Main Relays

I have tried 3 now all work for a week or so then fail.... Any Ideas?

when you say eating main relays... are you getting a hot-soak no-start like a typical main relay failure? Do you have fuel when you attempt to restart? I've rebuilt many main relays by removing the cover and resoldering cracked spots on circuit board. you can too, but you must be very careful not to solder the pre-existing spots together.

I would think that you are hiding the real problem by changing the main relays. Have you inspected the main relays for a failed solder connection? or tested the ones you have removed?

stupid suggestion maybe, but check your thermostat housing ground as well as the others. make sure all have good contacts and are tight

I think he means Engine Coolant Temp sensor ground. green sensor/harness plug near the thermostat...

I will check the grounds. One Relay was the original. 2 where purchased brand new. Im Getting a no Fuel prime/fuel delivery type failure.

So now i have a solid Check Engine Light. No codes will come off of it. Any Ideas?

damn im going thru EXACTLY the same problem.. i re-checked all the grounds even did a test light on all the fuses...still getting no fuel no spark, constant check engine light the ignition doesnt even beep when u put the key in wit the door open...

/I believe this is a blown ecu fuse/main breaker #25?, added any new electrical lately ? ign kill switch, fuel pump kill, new alarm, new stereo components ?

im having the same problem besides my check engine light dont turn on at all no spark no fuel!????? help! doe u think it coulb b the e.c.u???

I was having this problem and it ended up being the t stat housing ground.
