Default Wiring Issues

So I have been working with my friend to try to get his civic running and the projects coming along but were sort of stuck. Its a 91 civic hatch with an odb0 ls motor and a crx hf ecu. Everything on the car is working except for the brake lights and the fuel pump will not start like it should and had to have a wire running from the battery to it. Any Ideas on how to get these two problems fixed?

Default Re: Wiring Issues

check the underhood fuse for brakelightz, then switch in brake pedal, and bulbz of course.
The fuel pump is prolly due to the main relay (under dash behind coin compartment on most EF'z,think hatch iz mounted sidewayz next to it) They develop "cold" solder jointz over time, and you can re-solder them or replace main relay to fix
Here'z a link to page about it http://techauto.awardspace.com/mainrelay.html
G'luck!
