I have a 97 integra gsr, I just put a jdm b16a in it yesterday because my c1 was havin rod knock issues. I get the engine in the car. It cranks like twice, and stops. I try again and it doesn't anymore. I can hear the clickin inside the car from the main relay and like a crackling of sparks or something from the main relay but nothing still happens from the starter. I change the starter out first cause i thought that coulda been the issue but it wasn't. I changed the main relay out w/ 3 other main relays and still the same thing. Any one have any idea!? cause i'm entirely lost on this one!

 

Just to eliminate something try turning the motor over by hand just to make sure it isnt anything mechanical. If its not mechanical it mite be a neutral safety switch. When you got to turn it over does it try to turn over or just does nothing. DId you make sure ur batterys charged. Otherwise make sure ur engine grounds are good. Make sure ur battery is good. Run a positive to ur starter if that works then ur gunna have to start tracing wires.
