94 ls stumbles and lost all power
I'm still trying to figure this ****ing thing out, I just went to my mom's to visit and on the way the damn car would stumble so bad when I touched the gas pedal at all. It is running like the engine is blown or something. About a month ago I replaced the throttle body because the original had a broken TPS, I found a buddy with a b18b1 and snagged the one from his. The car ran perfect for 2 or 3 days and the CEL threw a 43 (fuel supply) and has gotten progressively worse ever since. Keep in mind it does this at random. I haven't had it to a shop yet because I don't want my wallet to get rapped. Any suggestions? I'm about to put the thing on craigslist.com. I'm so pissed dudes.

Code 43 is possibly a fuel supply system or O2 sensor issue.
Try resetting the ecu
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal for 60 seconds
- OR you can remove the 7.5amp backup fuse under the hood for 10 secs to reset the DTC
Then see if the issue continues..
If it does.. then check out the O2 sensor? Is it the original o2 sensor? how many miles are on it? It might be time to be replaced. Are you getting horrible gas mileage?

hahaha, I am taking it to the garage this weekend. In the mean time I'm looking at it sit in the driveway while I ride in my girlfriends mustang... I feel horrible lol It's like I'm getting kicked in the ***** and poked in the eyes at the same time.
horrible gas mileage indeed.
pretty sure it's the original o2 sensor, which is 15 years old. but why would the o2 sensor throw a fuel code?

well guys, I took the whip to my dad's work and he hooked it up to a computer... (it is a 94 ls integra, obd1. didn't know it could be hooked up to anything) turns out it WAS the o2 sensor and the TPS needed adjusted, it's been in the shop since Friday and I'm impatiently waiting to get it back!
Thanks Everybody!

I'll post after I get it back and drive it, I can imagine it will be like a totally different car. Another update... somehow I got a throttle body with an adjustable TPS, the one on my b18b1 was rivetted in, so somehow the computer picked up that it needed adjusted. I'm still shocked that a 94 OBD 1 has a diagnostic port. I'll also post pics of the car that has been a pain and a blast all in the same.

The o2 sensor did not throw the fuel code the computer did. The reason was because of o2 sensor, the computer uses the o2 sensor to figure out how to adjust fuel trim. The computer is dumb when it comes to figuring out problems if it new what to do technicians would be out of jobs, but anyways back on topic. If the o2 sensor is sending bad information to the computer. The computer does not know it it just knows that it has a problem with fuel, it was just doing what it was told. I was never really good at explaining things so i gave it a shot to help a fellow HTer out. If anyone wants to provide some more insite/corrections feel free.

well I thought there was only a jumper wire from the ECU, I haven't talked to my dad yet because the car is still getting work done but my grandfather said he found some plug under the dash on the left side. I imagine under the steering wheel. I'm confused because I thought obd 1 vehicles had no diagnostic port?
he meant the jumper wire on the ECU, he had some adapter for his computer to hook it up. Idk bro, I wasn't there, I just misunderstood
