Default vtec, obd1 conversion, no start, makes no sense

91 LX, b7/z6 mini me swap. OBD0 to OBD1 conversion. Swap harness was done by Ryan at Rywire. I have a virgin p28 ecu, as well as a virgin p06 ecu.

Here's what makes no sense, The P06 ecu was free, came with the motor. i needed to get the car going so i had a daily again. Car runs fine on p06. picked up a p28, plugged it up, car does nothing but crank over. not getting any fuel.

I've had the ecu checked out, they said there was nothing wrong with it. So my next thought is wiring.

Any ideas?

thanks for looking

I guess you could contact Rywire about the problem, but my personal guess is that you have a bad P28.

Is your fuel pump turning on. Listen for the click when you turn your key.

Running a z6 dizzy.

On the p06, the pump turns on, the p28, pump never comes on. tried new main relay, had no change on the problem. Unhook the main relay, hook up a jumper harness with a fuse in it, to put power to the pump car runs on the p28. tried new dealer item main relay, no change
