tranny rebuilt but some rattle + vibrate??

Default tranny rebuilt but some rattle + vibrate??

i've had a rebuilt tranny but i have rattles and vibrations thru it?

it feelslike theres stuff rumbling in there...

i feel the shifter vibrate normally and if i push it downwards just a little bit it also rattles/vibrates

help please?

the transmission been rebuilt w/ new gears syncros bearings etc everything and i JUST got it back today

Without being able to actually feel/hear/drive the car, anything we tell you here is a crapshoot.

Some vibration in the shifter is normal. Rattling noises can indicate the shifter hitting the exhaust or a loose shift linkage joint. Freeplay in the shifter can indicate a faulty spring pin at the shift shaft/linkage joint or faulty stabilizer bushings. Moverment in the shifter indicates bad engine mounts.

Your shifter is probably hitting the exhaust.
