Icon6 Any common issues to look out for when purchasing an RSX-S (2004, or '05-'06) ?

Hi all,

I'm looking at buying used 2004, 2005 or 2006 RSX Type S, and I was hoping some people in this forum could pipe up and please let me know any common issues to look out for on them.

I did a search and only really came up with a "3rd gear snag" problem.

Thanks in advance.

3rd gear pop out. Bad syncros. Other than that I wouldn't be worried about to much more. If you get the 05+ and get k-pro troubles with cruise control. But nothing horrible

Tranny is definately where most the problems are. Drive it and make sure all the gears shift nicely and don't pop out.
