Need input on good quality replacment parts

I know all the other sites to mess with and the sites that sale the aftermarket stuff and I have all the links saved befored I hear someone say something. My question is has anyone dealt with this ebay comapany that sales civic carpet? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1980-...Q5fAccessories

Next is there a site that has good quality REAL oem used parts? Im still looking for 99-00 hood, bumper, headlights(si Preferably)

the carpet looks ok but dont be suprise if you have to trim a little bit.
