That's a pretty nice car, but people will tell you to lose the hood pins. Other than that welcome to HT and I think you will do just fine here.

Hood Pins

Is that supersonic blue pearl? Looks great, lose the pins and tint on front windshield is way low.

Car looks pretty clean... I'm assuming it's Electron Blue, but I could be wrong. Well, if you have a CF hood, then you'd need the hood pins (since the latches aren't strong enough), but if it's the OEM hood, then yeah, I'd lose the hoodpins as well. Also, if it is a CF hood, then you get props for matching it to the rest of the car.

There really isn't any 'wrong' place to mount them, just some places are better than others. They will serve there purpose mounted where they are.

Why does everyone so affraid of hood pins are they gonna eat you? Great car man, don't see why hood pins are bad (someone explain). I think your car is excelent, love that color might even think of painting my car with that. BTW what color and rims are those?

Steve - long time since we have spoken.........
for his application you are right
but if you watch cars that are catching air under their hood on track the outside portion of the hood tends to take the most abuse and catch the most air, that position allows you to draw down the most effective weight throughout the hood

That's a really cool color.

Not to mention: H22A's own everybody.

I personally think black rims would look better than white, but you can always paint yours?

where's your rear side marker lights at?

sweet ride - nice job on the dash. you may want to look into swapping in a prelude shifter and or short shifter so you can get you shifter out of the way of the radio/screne.

it looks like those are the stock headers, if so put back your heat shield. it will look 100% better, and its free.
