You can adjust the height by turning the bottom part of the coilovers (see the picture)

For the front you have to pull the damper out of the shock fork and twist the lower part of the shock body. For the rear you have to drop the lca's and turn the bottom part of the shock body as you did in the front. Its a bit of a pain when it comes time to adjust the ride height but there is a purpose behind it as it states on their website:

"With other alternatives available on the market today, vehicle ride height is adjusted by reducing or increasing the preload on the coil spring. This primitive methold leads to inconsistent spring rates that are dependent upon the vehicle ride height. With any of the Buddy Club suspension components, including the N+ SPEC, vehicle ride height is independent of spring pre-load. This method ensures that the spring rate is always consistent, no matter how high or low your car is. In addition, it ensures that the spring is always properly positioned onto the strut and effectively reduces miscellaneous and unnessary noise."

hope this helps, if you have any other questions pm me because I have the same set of dampers

On my old Civic's Ksports, I used to tighten the spring perches against each other and use them to spin the entire body. This way you don't have to disconnect it entirely. But on MacStruts, disconnecting was a lot harder. It wouldn't take very long to just disconnect it entirely and go to town.

My PICs are the same. Loosen the bottom collar and spin the whole body.
