help plz. obd2 dizzy to obd0 harness

Default help plz. obd2 dizzy to obd0 harness

OK so here's the situation


i have an ef with a d15z1 but i need a dizzy for it.

with and OBD2 sohc vtec distributor work for it?

im keeping my stock si harness how can i make it work?

as long as you are running it with an obd1 ecu , then an obd2 diz will work. you just have to depin and change the connections.

as long as you are converted to obd1 and repin the obd2 dizzy to run in obd1 then yes. if you just have the vx motor and are running everything obd0 then you will need to get another 88-91 TD-02U distributor.

im going to keep my stock ecu

will the obd2 dizzy work ?

No... OBD2 dizzy won't work.
The reluctor wheel inside has a different tooth count and ultimately sneds a different count of electrical pulses to the ECU. OBD2 and OBD1 have the same pulse count, OBD0 is different.
