Icon3 need help! 02 sensor (tried everything!) and airbag light are on.

i have an 04 civic si. i gutted the cat (dumb) and check engine light came on. I bought an o2 sensor simulator from casper electronics. The light stayed on. And now i have installed 2 of those o2 sensor spacers/extenders that keeps the o2 sensor out of the exhaust pipe. The light stayed on. I bought a diagnostic scan tool to clear the code, but it comes right back on. Now my question is, do you think the o2 sensor is bad and needs replaced? What should i do? Open to any suggestions, and yes i searched......ALOT!

About the airbag, i unhooked the connector under the seat to try to make the seatbelt alarm quit beeping. Then the airbag light came on, and i hooked the connector back up. Reset the ECU, and light has been on ever since. Anyone know anything bout this? THX.

You need a new o2 sensor... I need one too but right now I don't have the 255$ Honda quoted me for the part!

Quick Read DIY without pictures:
1. connect clip to yellow clip, turn key to position II
2. wait for the light to go off and remove the paper clip/wire.
3. As soon as the light turns back on, quickly connect the circuit again.
4. The light should turn back off. Remove the paperclip/wire again.
5. The light will wait a second or two before it tells you the follow word.
6. Final word is, 2 quick flashes and SRS light turns off completely.
6-A. two quick flashes and the light remains, you may be too slow or you have a short in your SRS somewhere.
7. turn off ignition and put back the clip.

Congratulations, you have successfully reset your SRS light.
