Default Suspension Advice: PIC Selects or Koni/Ground Control

So i've been researching a little bit on which coilovers i would like to put on my 90' hatch. I've settled on either the PIC Selects or the Koni/Ground Control setup that i hear is pretty popular. My car will primarily be a DD with the occasional spirited drive. I would also like to start doing some driving at a track with my car. I'm okay with the prices of both and i am aware that the Koni/Ground Control setup is cheaper but i like the idea of the full bodied design of the PIC's.

With that said i would like to hear from any of you guys/gals that have used either of these setups and would like to know your personal recommendation for my purpose. Let me know what you think of each setup and if you feel there is a better setup out there list it and tell me the positives of it compared to these two setups i've mentioned. I would also like to hear some recommendations for spring rates.

Thanks a lot guys/gals.
