ok.. cleaned out the cig lighter and blew a fuse. it controls the radio as well..

looked all over for the radio fuse but its not labeled.

what fuse is it??

1998 - 2002 Accord:
Under dashboard - right side
There should be a fuse diagram on the under side of the fuse box cover

There is also a fuse box under the hood, passenger side near the firewall (at least there is on mine, which is a 2000 V6). In the under hood fuse box, the radio is controlled by the "Accessory" fuse which I believe is labeled "Acc". I think it is a 40A and actually sits a little bit higher than the other fuses in that box.
