Default Someone try to steal my car?

I came out to work yesterday and my hood was popped up, I have an alarm and it might have scared off the thieves if they did indeed pop my hood.

I saw no physical evidence that someone popped my hood, they did not go in from the fender or inside my car. Is there any other possible explanation as to how or why my hood may have been released?

There are countless ways to break into your car and pop the hood latch. I was just looking for something worth taking but all those ebay parts I saw scared me off. The alarm didn't scared me, I poped the fuse right before poping the hood latch.

you can reach thru the grille or under the bumper to release the hood... they will be back tho... try avoid leaving your car there... or go early and park next to exit or entrances of walkways because its a busy section with poeple

I have a DA, I park it less than 100 ft from my office door at all times. Is there a possibility that my hood could just be faulty and it just popped on its own? And what do you mean you can just pull a fuse and kill the alarm, doesn't that have to be done inside of the car?
