is this overpriced or a good deal?
HAHAHAHHAHAHA **** NO IT'S NOT A GOOD DEAL!!!!
I bought my 96 EX lightly modded with 175k miles for $3500
Sold/Traded some of those parts for ~$500 so roughly $3000 after it was all said and done.

If I was absolutely in "extreme like" with the design, I'd pay 4.5k.
It's the cleanest example I've seen in a long time.
I (However) prefer 5th Gen's

Like I said, I'd have to "extremely Like" it....

They had $6995 on the windshield in the picture. Starting price on the lot evidently. Redonkulous.

I recently bought a 92 EX AT with cosmetic issues but a pristine engine compartment and virtually complete service record for $2500. Like Muffin Man suggests, you can do over cars several years newer for close to the same price. I specifically wanted the 92.

It's 16 years old with 250,000 miles on it, and is an automatic to boot. While it appears very clean, you'd have to be a real idiot to pay $5000 for it.
I'd pay $2500 max, and that would be pending a mechanical inspection. Actually, I wouldn't pay anything at all because I don't buy automatics.

If you truly love the 4th gen and its design, sure go ahead. I mean it's perfect everything, looks very good.
As for me, it's way too much. You could almost get a Prelude for that price.

No thats not a good deal at all. I was able to get my 94 EX for $800 (just needed a little body work, and new spark plug wires) My dad was able to get a 92 lx with 80K on it for less then 2500. Plus all that money for an Automatic??? common man....
