Which intake for b16/b20 motor

Default Which intake for b16/b20 motor

Whats the suggested intake manifold to use for Crvtec motor with a b16 head?? What year and all that good stuff?

ITR, Skunk2 or if your going for massive high power/revving JG edelbrock. but you wont see any diffrence with the JG manifold till you spend about 8,000$ on the engine.

B16 is your best/easiest choice, not to mention cheaper.

The GSR mani would be great, but I think there would be fitment issues.

Skunk2 if it just going to be a run of the mill street motor
JG if you are going all out
The GSR mani would be great, but I think there would be fitment issues.
the gsr mani wont fit on b16 head, different bolt pattern

I think what they are saying is the JG will deliver peak numbers higher up in the rpm range. The JG will be fine on the street but you wont make peak #'s In the lower rpm range you see on the street.

we were talking about the jg intake manifold. the only guy i know with a jg worked head hates it...not sure exactly why though. but either one will work on the street.

From tests I've seen, the JG makes power in some ridiculous range like 7-10K.... can't remember the last time I rev'd to 10K.... oh, I do now.... NEVER LOL
