i have a k20a3 si i baught it cuz i wanted to do something with it i got skunk 2 suspension body kit carbon hood tires ram air an i real wanna throw a k24 block in there with the k20a3 head whats a good set up for this

I would personally suggest a k24a2 (complete motor) out of a TSX, along with your 5 speed tranny. Budget is always an issue, though. But pretty much any k series other than your stock a3 would be an upgrade, IMO.

You should also have your goals in mind BEFORE you start building the car.
