No need for a flame suit...

The k24a1 (crv) or k24a2 (tsx) block will except a k20a head bolted on. The k24a3/4 (element/accord) block will need to replace block internals as there will be piston/valve collisions!

no need to replace the already very good flowing k20a head on on a k20a block with a k24. The k24a2 head has smaller ports for low end torque, the k20a has larger ports for the high flowing/ high reving motor that it is...

FYI
K24a2 block has oil squirters
k24a1 has the holes for them but no squirters
k24a3/4 has neither holes nor squirters

hehe good job Kevin.

Even better advice, don't think of building a Franken-K until you've learned and enjoyed the beauty of the stock K20. It's plenty powerful.

Important fact: (joking)
Your IQ/HP ratio can't be off by too much or you'll crash.
Most of the time All Motor setups require a 1:2 IQ/HP ratio.
Therefore, if your IQ is 110, you should not exceed 220whp.
If you're IQ is 150, you're safe below 300whp.

In the case of Skunk2, they combined their IQ's of 100-110 between 7 builders/drivers to safely operate the 700HP K-series. HAHAHAHAHAH it's late. <3 skunk
