clear headlight lenses?
I use Blue Magic aluminum polish. Best results I've ever seen, crystal clear. You can find it at the local auto store like autozone.
Second choice would be mothers aluminum polish. But I've had great experience with blue magic. Just get a microfiber rag, apply the compound, and rub in until its gone. Soon your headlights will be clear again. Its about $6.99 for a small container.

It isn't quite the same as a traditional fluted lens, where the flutes create the beam pattern. The only reasons I can think they were included on the Integra headlamp lens (and additional texture does cost more, and no car manufacture does anything that costs more if there is no benefit) is for structural integrity (they are thicker than the rest of the plastic) or possibly to refract some light up to meet US DOT headlamp requirements.
To the OP, seeing how good a proper HID retrofit projects light out of Integra housings, even with the flutes in place, I don't think it would be worth the effort to worry about them.
