Hey guys, getting a DC5, need some advice.
Hi guys, Ive been on this site for quite a while, I've gone from a 2nd gen teg, to a 3rd gen gsr, to a turbo mr2, and now to a DC5 type s.
Whats the best place to get DC5 JDM black housing headlights with HID? And is that the only option if I want to get HIDs for my RSX?
Also, Are the badges on the RSX, just like the badges on the integra? IE, can I just peel them off, or do i need to have them professionally removed ?
Thirdly, Can I see some pics of your RSXs that have a decent drop (nice drop, but nothing too crazy), and please let me know what suspension/springs you are using in the pics. Thanks!
Thanks guys !

Black housing headlights and HID's have to be ordered seperatly. with the badges they can be peeled right off no pros needed. I think theres a thread here about removing all thing sticky stuff after the peel.
Yeah, pretty sure you have to buy the headlights and HID stuff separately. Some people go with the Depot headlights. I bought my HID's from Retro-Solutions. Bolts up perfectly to the underside of the headlights...no double sided tape : )

Haha I always remembered a quote that I saw here this site....
"A honda is like that girlfriend that's always there for you, but you think you can do better. Then when you lose her, you find out she's the best thing you ever had"
Kinda corny, but kinda true at the same time.
Truth is, the Turbo mr2 was a blast to drive, and very reliable as far as true sports cars go, but not reliable enough to be a daily driver, due to their age; (the newest ones are pushing 13 yrs old now). Also the mr2 is a raw sports car. i wanted something that was more of a compromise between sport and comfort.
So I sold it, and looked at the 350z, TSX, RSX S, and s2000
I wanted something that i could trust to get me from point A to point B come rain or shine, so that eliminated the 350z. Test drove an s2000, and quite honestly wasnt very impressed with the fact that you need to wind it up to 6k to get the wheels moving, plus the ride was much too harsh.
In the end it was a toss up between the TSX and RSX S. I chose the RSX because of aftermarket support and power potential, though the TSX was just as fun to drive.
