Lots of research. The engine will need to be built, you will need a stronger transmission than the B18B's, such as a GSR. And of course, you will need all the fuel, turbo, exhaust, and drivetrain supporting mods.
Again,....research.....lots of it.

Get a GSR transmission, a GSR head, put in Wiseco or Arias forged low compression pistons. Get Golden eagle to sleeve the block, get it overbored and build the head with a complete Skunk2 or equivilant valvetrain and some agressive cams. That should do for now.
Most people who say money isnt an issue dont shoot for only 12s...and dont start with an Ls hatch. Anyways since its not an issue just send the block to laskey racing...get a turbo kit, fuel accessories, tuning harware and call it finished. Thats the easiest pricey option. Might as well rush delievery
A B18B1 that isn't built to handle boost isn't going to make 300hp reliably. You need to have the engine prepped......
The fact that you have a GSR tranny is good, you will still need a good clutch, fuel mods, exhaust, and all of the supporting mods for the turbo setup. Take your time.
Again, research your options.

You need to research.
The questions you are asking are red flags. You need to learn about turbo systems and how they really work.
Again,..... research.
10psi on a small turbo, isn't 10 psi on a large one. It's not about boost (pressure), it's about volume.

i've been researching and there are all diffrent stuff being said. And yes i know that buddy. i've been around the turboed cars for a while and i know a stock turbo isn't as powerful as a 60-1 trim or something like that.
Then why are you asking this question?
I agree with others. Post in the Forced Induction section and read their FAQ's, that is what they are for.
You have to understand that these questions get asked EVERY day. It's always the same ones. You have to put effort into your hobby if you want to become knowledgable. No one is going to hold your hand step by step, on how to make X amount of power. Take the initiative, become informed. FAQ's and Search button will answer almost every question you have. If you are still stuck, then post it up.
If you still want someone to explain to you exactly what to do, then I would either look for a reputable shop that can help you put together a good package or buy a "How to tune Honda's" book from www.amazon.com.

it really depends on the size of your turbo. Although just turboing a stock LS isnt gonna make alot of power reliably. it def wont go into the 12's. And if you said money is not an issue then dont even worry about boosting a stock block.
