I was looking at getting this header for my R a while back, but no one ever could give me a review of it... so I got a Buddy Club race spec. Enjoy that quite a bit.

The person selling it used to frequent All Motor Forum, and you might also find people in there who have used it.

Default RMF narrow replica header...anyone used it?

This looks to be a very good "bang for the buck" header that is currently being offered.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...=header+narrow

Has anyone used this in their ITR? Any feedback? I am thinking of ordering one for my car.

How does it fit? Performance gains? What did you before this?

Thanks.

I havent seen any bad reviews other than the gasket not fitting right. What have YOU heard? Header has a 1 year warranty AND has been proven on a dyno to add 15 whp without tuning. Name another bolt on that adds 15 whp for 400$???

misread. you said SELLER. I read it and assumed you said header. Randy Monroe and his friends flame Vteckidd for making a header that is strikingly similar to his. If you can get over the header being half price and made in china I think this header is for you. If you want a custom made header for your application that made 100% for you setup, contact smsp.

This header seems pretty amazing, **15WHP** on just a header alone. What I was wondering though was long term quality.

Any comments on the fourth runner and the bends? Looks like it's getting most of the heat and what not.

It almost seems too good to be true hence i am going to hold off until there are some solid charts out before commiting. There is also a JDMshit header which looks to be a very decent piece (claims to be a mugen copy) for a very reasonable price.

Over 200+ headers sold, not 1 complaint id like to know what "bad things" there are about me. Oh well cant win them all.

As far as power, i believe its the best bang for the buck header on the market, ive never seen it lose to any header, especially on a 1.8L

As far as quality, i back all headers with a 1 year warranty.

As far as the color after heating up, if you clean all the fingerprints off and oil an grease, you should get a nice bronze/yellow even look like this

ANyone is welcome to dyno test it, ill even give you a deal if you can provide dyno charts for me.

  1. Are you really hearing bad things about the seller's service and delivery?
  2. Are you really hearing bad things about the product?
  3. Or are you hearing from people who object to taking somebody's else's idea and copying it to sell?

(1) and (2) are our business. (3) is somebody else's business.

I did clean all the finger prints off of it. I used rubbing alky and a cloth rag, I was also worried about that last runner getting so purple. after driving it again I popped the hood and the WHOLE header was purple purple purple.. The ports on the inside of the header are kinda globbed up and that could be keeping some of the heat in instead of flowing right threw it.. I'm going to take it back off and grind the ports down so it could flow better.. other that that I have no complaints it bolted right up no taking the tranny brace off, I did buy a slim fan because I didnt want to hack my oem one.

I dont drive my car in in snow or salt F that. It rained for 2 days and I made sure it was dry before puting it on so I could test drive it.. I dont know why its that color but it is. I only have drove it 2 times and its still purple as ****.. I have whipped it down 2 times with alky and it still turns DARK purple. the whole header.

Yes on #1. I let a few people know about this thread who have made their claims on this matter. Maybe they will post about it again.
