Default 92-93 GSR ECU. good for lsvtec??

simple question i just won an auction for what was referred to by the seller as an obd1 92-93 B17A1 GS-R ecu. although he didnt show any pics of the label where it indicates which ecu it is (ex. PR4, PR3, etc...) he claims that it is chipped and might also include the stock chip. i called the dealer and they notified me that it should be labeled a P61. now would this stock chip be suitable to run my LS Vtec setup? i already have a chipped P28 in my car right now and just got this as a back up (winning bid $14.50 on ebay). any one have any experience running this ecu? any feedback would be great. i will post pics once i receive it which should be in about a week. thanks
