this is false!!!

Bigger exhaust can make you gain or loose power... it all depends on the application!!!

A N/A car will loose power with a 3'' exhaust but a turbo'ed car will make more power with a 3'' exhaust then a 2.5''... its having the right amount of back pressure!

davesi is correct. bigger exhaust doesn't equal bigger power. for your current mods i'd stick with the 2.3"

Bigger means more if you get the right suitable for the mods that are on your car .

your mods dont really scream hey i need three inch tho, not worth the loudness. but im pery sure you car will gain something even if you put the 3 inch on.

you are false, plenty of dyno proven charts on CRSX that prove the k series loves the 3" exhaust. A B series n/a would loose power yes.

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread...ghlight=3+Inch

But for the TS if you dont plan on doin i/rh/tune and any other mods kinda overkill but awesome!

Your thinking like these k's are like the b's. These are engines built to breath alot. Skunk2 built these for reason for the k's and differently for the b's. Yeah alot of back pressure is lost when using it on a b series na but with a transverse engine the exhaust exits quik making back pressure over rated for the k's.

I took a look and I was impressed the only thing is that he mentions that his line goes from a 2.5'' to a 3".... so its not a full 3" line althought that being said I believe that probably the way the K was designed it might need the extra .5'' to be able to make maximum power.

I am going to research this a little more looking for other dyno graph as I cannot fully believe this after just seeing one chart... but I can't say that I am completly right! So basically I will get back to you on this lol...

Btw good find Type-'S'paz
