GSR oil leak
ok i have a 1994 acura integra with a gsr swap i jus purchased!
it has a slight oil leak coming from the back of the block around the oil filter area. i was just wondering if anyone would know where it was coming from. could it leak from the oil cooler?
also does oil or antifreeze run through the oil cooler hoses??

Yes, most likely the oil cooler. Here's a pic I took when mine was leaking.

You should be able to just unbolt the center bolt (the piece the oil filter screws onto) and pull the oil cooler back. The coolant line will still be attached, unless you do this while the coolant is drained. I was not able to access the tabs on the coolant line hoses anyway from underneath. I replaced mine while I had my intake manifold removed, so it was much easier.

Remove #12, and replace #19. It's only about $2, and I haven't noticed it leaking since.

It is less than $2 from Carland Acura www.acuraautomotiveparts.org
I would suggest buying a few other parts, too. S&H would be more than $2 if you bought only that. Buy a stack of oil drain plug washers if you don't have any of those (and you change your own oil).
