Rebuilding ls/vtec Need some advice?
Well I just started tearing down my ls/vtec to rebuild with new ITR pistons and rings ,rod bearings and main bearings, arp rod bolts, all new gaskets and seals. Already have a new water pump and im going to rebuild my oil pump to gsr specs. But i have a few questions.
Also im in the process of ordering gaskets and I came upon this website anyone ever heard of APEX gaskets? They sell the race rod bearings I bearings I want. But Im not sure if I should get those gaskets there. http://www.store.partsdinosaur.com/product2240.html
What head gasket should I run?
And should I bother getting the ACL race main and rod bearings?
Or anything Im forgetting while doing this rebuild?
