Default super new to honda's, timing question

i believe i have a d15a block and a y8 head, i had it taken down to customize a turbo set up, i'm using 450cc injectors and a 14b turbo, sometimes when i drive i get a very slight click or a slugish take off and it's def not moving as fast as it should be, i lost to a stock rsx the other day which made me almost cry, i'm thinking it's the timing right now, it has a chrome chipped p28, basicaly my question is were should the timing be?? unless that makes no sense with the symptoms then i'm an idiot right now.

whoah. quite a few things going on here. Is the computer tuned on boost. the tune also has to be done with respect to the timing whatever it is and this depends on the opinion of the tuner. also upgrading your computer might not be a bad idea at this point. just some stuff to think about. hope it helps.
