How hard is it to change a tank on a 91 Civic HB
Any tips to make it easier.

thank god you don't have to remove a driveshaft. i just swapped a fuel tank out on an 87 BMW 325is. It took me 2 weekends but I would've been done in 1 weekend (about 16 hours/ weekend) if I had all the parts and stuff. It's really not too hard if it's anything like the BMW but have patience. If you get frustrated then take a break. Things turn to **** when you don't.

 

where and how is it leaking? I had a leak in my Trans AM gas tank cause I was an idiot and accidentally put two scrwes in it, lol, and I got a repair kit from the local auto parts store and it worked with absolutely no problems. Just thought maybe it would be something you would like to try. Good luck with it.
