Are all items Brand New or Used? Looks like Spark Plug Cover, Oil Cap and Radiator Cap are used, but Shift **** & Reservoir Covers are new?

the reservoir covers were only put on once on my car. They are mint. The oil cap has been on my car for 3 months. The rad cap is MINT! The spark plug cover is 2 months old. It is mint. Yes everything for 175 shipped. WANT IT GONE!!!
