who has the best hook up for tire mounting/balancing in the "portland metro area"
i have a couple sets of tires that need to be mounted and balanced, not really trying to pay the $15+ some places are trying to charge, all rims and tires of off the car obviousley
"under the table" is fine as well

Jerry's tire in Vancouver on Evergreen, near Officer's Row is pretty good. He mounts all my track tires for 5/ea cash
