Default low compression on built motor

I have an ls motor that I put 8.9 to 1 srp pistons and eagle rods in. Had it honed out to 81.5 to make sure the rings sealed good. The rings are crome which I heard are hard to seat so I thought that was the reason for low compression when I checked at about 500 miles on motor. Now it has over 4000 miles and the compression is about the same. 130 125 135 150. The motor runs strong under boost but I dont know what the deal is. Does anybody have a clue.

My 8.3:1 b16a has numbers of 135 across the board and i don't see a problem with my setup. What bothers me on yours is the one of 125 and the other of 150. I have seen cars with chrome rings smoke till about 900 miles then they were good, 4000 miles its not gonna get any better. good luck.
