Stage 1 is fine for DD, it usually costs about the same for stock or 1,2,3, i would say stay with the stock flighwheel

It really depends on how much time you spend in traffic.. if you are in a traffic jam once a week or more, then you probably should go no higher than a stage 1 aftermarket clutch. even still, a stage 1 on a stock or near stock car is more than enough to hold under just about any conditions.

I run a stage 1 and an 8lb flywheel in my DD.. but i live 5 miles from work and am never in a traffic jam. I am pretty tolerant of a car that is harder to drive though.. my wife won't drive my car because of how it is set up, but I like it.

Is it hard to remove the tranny while the motor is still in the car?

no.. you can leave the engine in and still remove the transmission. you just need a jack stand or emergency jack to hold the engine temporarily while the transmission is all the way out. you have to take off 3 of the 4 engine mounts to do it, hence the need for a jack stand to support the other side of the engine while the transmission is out.

No its very easy. You just have to remove 2 mounts to let the trans drop down. Ive had the transin and out of a b series swapped ef in 3 hours my first time doing it ever.

I would go with a exedy stage 1 with your stock flywheel resurfaced.
