got a rhd dc2 integrathat has a ls motor and harness in it. has a 96 spec jdm itr cluster in it. tach works, speedo works, fuel light works, door light, hatch light, brake light, cel, bat light all work.

my fuel gauge is pinned at below empty and does not work. and my water temp gauge moves around but is always all the way on the cold side. the car overheated one time and the water temp gauge shot up to normal operating temperature.

i just need a diagram of what pins to switch to makemy fuel gauge and water temp gauge work correctly.

and the writeups dont help me any. they are o how to switch the gauges and i dont have another cluster to switch gauges with so im stuck repinning it.

you need a 96 ls cluster. you should be able to come up with one for free somewhere. you have to take them both apart and swap over just the green film

 

cant i just take the fuel gauge wire out and put it where it needs to be and do the same with the water temp gauge? i just need to know what pin it needs to be in

 

yes you can just swap the wire and here's the link for all the wiring diagram.

hey, if you can just swap wires, awesome. but i searched and tried several different things when i was putting a 97 jdm itr cluster in my 01 itr. swapping the green films is the only thing that worked. i even visually traced all the tracks, it almost seemed as if they were the same, with possibly differences in resistance somewhere.

i dunno... i even tried a repinning writeup i found that didn't work. some of the gauges were acting wierd, so i put it back to stock and tried swapping just films. thats all that i could get to work. i even still have my oem green film in my spoon cluster now :shrugs:
