Default new guy checking in

Hello everyone. I just bought a 91 CRX with the 1.5 DOHC. I have been reading on here for a few days and still can't figure out which model I have. It's not an si, but there's no badging labeling it a HF or anything else, so does that mean it's the base? It runs good, but it needs exhaust work. Thanks for any and all of your help/advice.

It's the programmed fuel inj. I don't know if it's multi port or not. This is my first import car so I'm learning as I go. I see a lot of engine types like 1B16??? or whatever, how do I find out which one is mine? Again thanks for all the info

If your looking at your engine bay, it's to the left of your header, about half way up the block. There is a little flat surface with your engine code carved in. Sounds like a d15b2.

Probably been replaced; HFs do some with Honda on the Driver side triangle, and HF on the other triangle.
I'm glad Honda didn't make badges for STD Hatchbacks.

If it's MPFI it's either an HF or an Si, check your engine code, to the left of your header, half way up your block. Write down the first 5 digits and report back
