I am going to look at a 94 civic cx tomorrow. The owner told me that the air-condition works bit sometimes stops working for 10 minutes and then works again...
Could that be true or is he trying to pull a fast one?

One more thing, the car has 130K miles. Please list a few things I should check for.

It's a five speed, 1994 white Civic CX with 130K miles. He wants $3100. (I guess that is a good price)

 

low refrigerant charge? Compressor on the fritz? bad cycling switch? couple of things to look for, If your not a mechanic then bring it to one and have them analyze the a/c system.
