Default HELP: bad fuel consumption

hey, i've been trying to do things for awhile now to fix this problem, my motor is stock, ecu is stock, I/H/E and thats it. i'm getting 230km-200km city driving, i'm agressive on the motor, but not that hard. i have done new plugs(ngk g-power), new wiries (OEM), completly new distributor, set the timing at 18degrees BTDC and it's still the same. i'm on 94-91 octane gas nothing lower.

any advise?

I can't imagine this car runs very well. I would guess bad O2 sensor, clogged up catylitic converter????? Does the car run in limp mode or have any CEL's?

car runs great, power is like it should be. but the motor is burning oil... about a liter every 2 weeks, has no CEL codes...... i can see the idea of a cat being clogged up cause the back of my car is always getting black....but if thats the prob then i guess my only option is a rebuild. i personlly feel it lagging up top at high rpm, but all my friends disagree and think it's just me being used to my old car for power

I would hook a wide band up to it and go from there, it sounds like it is just running too rich.
