Default small suspension question

Could I do a .75 or like 1" drop on stock shocks? i know like a 2" drop would blow the shocks but would a .75?

Yes, you should be able to. Eibach claims there pro kit which gives about a 1.2" drop can be run w/stock shocks. So as long as you don't go lower than this it would work. However I don't know how shitty it would ride, I would imagine it might be a little bouncy.

You should be just fine. I have Eibach Pro-Kits with stock shocks. So far it's been great. But I would bet with some aftermarket performance shocks, it would be better.

Also Eibach lied about the lowering, I got more than 1.2" in the front and little more than 1.2" in the rear.

The important thing to remember is to retain the rubber bump stops which are located on the strut shafts. These are the limiting factor that keeps the suspension from grounding. Leave them off, and you'll loose the strut at the first pothole.
