I am running a stock clutch right now but I used to have a ATC stage 3 clutch that kept tearing up my motor mounts on the drivers side and rear has anyone else had this problem? I am asking cause I hate the stock clutch and want to switch back but I dont like always having to change my mounts. And if you are running the same setup as me which mounts and brackets are you using? Cause I have a feeling the person that did the swap probally didn't do it correctly. BTW I am running a 98 Accord with '01 H22A4 thanks.

 

Is the metal bracket portions of the mounts failing or just the inserts?

If it's just the isolator inserts, you might try finding Polyurethane Inserts.
If it is the brackets, you might try making up some cable type limiter straps.
