5Th Gen Tranny in to 4th Gen Issue. HELP!
Hey guys & gals
So I'm a motorhead mechanic that likes to push cars to the limits and I blew my tranny -=P. So I put in a 5th gen tranny into my 4th gen h22 lude...
I forgot the slight detail about the ATTs deal. I think this is what I got going on. Right side axle went in and everything is cool. Left side however hmm not so cool, the tranny I got has with it seems to be an adapter that goes into the tranny (kind of like a spacer) which im guessing thats what went into the ATTS and then goes to the left side axle?
Well I took that out thinking that I might get lucky and that my axle would just plug in to it without this adapter/spacer deal and Ive come to find out it dont. So now Im trying to figure out what my options are? Can I get the 5th gen axle to a atts and would it plug into that shaft spacer...? or what options do I have?
Please only people with experience that have done this or that have the knowledge please reply.

well it was a pain in the *** puttin the tranny in on the driveway n I already spent the mulla on this tranny, so its kinda not an option...dont have any extra cash n I need to get rid of the car
sell that transmission to someone who has an SH, and get the right one. You would spend more time and money trying to make this one work than just getting the right one.
damn thats not exactly the feed back I was hoping to hear, I even thought about having the axle cut to fit that shaft.... but then again its all because I already spent the money on that tranny and I didnt want to go take the tranny out again.
What year accord trannys fit on to this series engines? May b Im just going to have to to the junk yard and pull it out if its cheaper.
