Default Brake Upgrade Suggestions

Ok here is my delima. I have a '99 Si. I need a more responsive brake setup although I can't go bigger than stock due to my 13 inch Bogarts that I use at the track. Someone told me that Willwood might make a two piston caliper that will be equivilent in size to the stock caliper, although that is not for sure. I don't want to spend thousand's of dollars on a setup. I am sure people on this forum have gone through this problem so your information will be greatly appreciated.
Thank You, David!

spend money on new brake rotors (non cross drilled/slotted kind) and really nice brake pads like the Hawk HP+. world of a difference over stock

agreed. get some brembo blank rotors, and some HP+ pads, and maybe some steel braided lines, and flush out all your fluid, put in some good fluid, and call it a day.

Good fluid....such as? I just use any DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid I find. I always thought brake fluid was brake fluid. What brand or type is everyone else using?

ATE Super blue is good. Might not be able to find it at any auto parts store. Try a specialty performance shop in your area or somewhere on the net.

Check out http://www.collettimotorsports.com, they have awesome prices on packages.
