Default No lights after battery change

I just replaced my battery with an optima battery and now my hid's do not work. I checked all the fuses for the lights and they are all intact. I tried using the older battery and that did not work either. I am wondering if I jacked something up. The only thing I can think of that I did was clean the terminals with backing soda water. The car starts up fine and everything else works. I tried to search but it is returning a blank page for me.

Ok, never mind I pulled out the lead for the ballast. Please remove if you get a chance.

Don't remove this. This could end up helping someone else one day.
