oil pump leaking?

i replaced the oil pump in my y8 since im turbod, and ever since its been installed its been leaking .... waht could it be?

Did you use RTV silicone when you installed it? If oil is not coming from the surrounding areas of the OP, more than likely the front main seal (center of the oil pump) is damaged.

no i didnt use silicone on anything. so is it probably the crank seal? could it be the pump or anything like that?

What did you use for liquid gasket when installing the oil pump?

Well if you didn't use a sealent on the pump when you installed it it is leaking all around the oil pump and since you are going to have to take it out to seal it you might as well replace the front oil seal
